Quickstart

Get a tunnel running in under 60 seconds.

1. Install the CLI

bash
# npm (recommended)

# Homebrew (macOS/Linux) brew install jams24/serverme/serverme

# Or download directly curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jams24/serverme/main/deploy/get.sh | sh ```

2. Log in

bash
# Opens your browser to sign in with Google
serverme login

Or use an API key from your dashboard:

bash
serverme authtoken sm_live_your_key_here

3. Start a tunnel

bash
serverme http 3000

That's it. You'll see:

code

HTTP https://a1b2c3d4.serverme.site → localhost:3000

Your local server is now live at the public URL. Open the Inspector at http://127.0.0.1:4040 to watch requests flow through in real-time.

Tip: Add --subdomain myapp to get a custom subdomain like https://myapp.serverme.site.
